Lucky!
I can't deal with other countries, because I'd want to move there if I stayed too long.
Ahaha.

That's why I wanted to be a historian.
But then I realized how many languages I would have to learn.
And I barely speak Spanish.

Haha omg. I speak English (duh) and German. I'm studying up on my French because it's super bad and got worse now that I'm not taking classes anymore, and a friend is teaching me Spanish. I'm hoping to get my French and Spanish to the point they'll be considered an asset by the Department of State before I take the FSOT.

See?
I'm horrible at other languages.
Which is strange, because English is considered one of the hardest.
But I don't know.
I hated Spanish.
Though, I always wanted to take French.
Hence my personal words, or whatever.

I can't even...
Honey Boo Boo chile.
Lord.
Really? They cut the French class once I got to high school.
I was beyond angry.
And then decided to push back my foreign language credits until my Junior and Senior year.
That was a stupid move on my part.

You were waiting for it to be put in it?
Well.
What would you have done if they didn't offer it?
Lol.
That would have sucked.

I would have taken Spanish my junior year like everyone else. But they offered it and bam, I was in French.

I have public schools problems.
They didn't have enough funds to continue teaching French.
But they did have neough funds to buy two flatscreen TV's for the hallway's.

If it doesn't make sense, the public education system will do it.

Amen, Skippa.
I am pleased to say that my class had a 97% graduation rate, though.
Despite drop outs.

Ah, it's funny seeing this thread gradually transform from a simple introduction! In any case, great ambitions you all have!
I self taught myself french awhile back (because there was this extremely cute French boy who went to school near where I worked and I wanted to impress him) Nedless to say, I never got a chance to bust out my French.
I wanted to be a Travel Writer once. Then I also figured i would fall in love with the place and never come back.
