Grammar lesson of the day~! Oct 4. Capitalizing
Feel free to ask anything about grammar.
For example: my mom is so mean like omfg. Use commas, and capital the first letter of your sentence. Never ever use text words. You're not texting. But when the character is texting, only then you are allowed to use texting words
a orange monkey went cuckoo.
It's an if the next word starts with a vowel. A, E, O, I, U, or sounds like it. For example - an FBI case (F is pronounced ef here)
i looked at the blue sky
Capital the first letter of the first word in a sentence

Lol.
I'm such a Grammer nazi that I had automatically corrected the sentence 'A orange monkey went cuckoo' to 'An orange monkey went cuckoo.' i had to re-read the sentence to find the mistake.
Woops.

If I even see a grammatical error in the summary, I don't read the story.

I tend to let minor errors slide when I'm reading. Not every writer you encounter is writing in their native language. Sometimes things slip through.

Grammar Lesson~ Oct 5, Past, Present, Future Tense
Past tense (and when to use them) - Was, Were, Ed (shrugged, smiled, snored) - for example I wanted to smite somebody... etc.
You use the past tense when you're talking about the past or a previous event, or when it is proper to use it.
Present tense - You use it when you're talking about the present or thinking about it. Now, ing (smiling, laughing, glaring)
Future tense - will, would, could... Any verb that shows you're talking about the future.
Get it? Alright! Quiz time~
Bob met Johnny. present/past/future tense? - bold the answer
I looked at the blue sky, wondering if I was really going to go through with this. present/past/future tense? - bold the answer
I sat on the wet ground, feeling lonely and abandoned. He didn't show up, just like I had thought he would. present/past/future tense? - bold the answer

Grammar lesson of the day~ Oct 9th. Of apostrophes and using them An apostrophe, is either when you want to show possession of an item or when it is proper. Wrong: Mias, Bobs, Theirs, Ours. (etc) You're saying that item is theirs, meaning there should be an apostrophe before the s. Such as Mary's letter. Technically Right: Mia's, Bob's, Their's, Our's When the word is plural, do this instead - Boys' food
